To access the EA settings for each Order Snipe chart on MT5, right click on the top right corner on the Order Snipe icon/text and click on Properties of Order Snipe.

Alternatively, you could navigate to the same Properties window through the “Navigator” window located on the left side of MT5.

When either methods are used to access the EA properties for Order Snipe, navigate to the Inputs tab.

For the settings on the Inputs tab:

  • Coin or Pair: (always the name of the contract)
    • Perpetual Forwards: XBTUSD, ETHUSD
    • Futures: LTCZ19, ADAZ19, XRPZ19, etc.
  • Base: USD (always)
  • BookDepth: Default is 25. For full depth (maximum) use 0.
  • UpdateSeconds (not logged in): 2 (increase by 2 seconds every 1 additional chart)
  • UpdateSeconds (logged in browser): 1 (increase by 1 second every 1 additional chart)
  • Bitmex Testnet API: Highly recommended for users testing Order Snipe features and order time responses.

For the settings on the Inputs tab:

  • Coin or Pair: (always the name of the coin/leveraged token)
  • Base: USD (always except if stated otherwise such as FTT on spot)
  • BookDepth: Default is 20, maximum is 100. Valid inputs: Anything up to 100.
  • UpdateSeconds: 1 (increase by 1 second every 5 additional charts)
